TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1. All transactions will be made through Shopee, online transfers, Stripe, E-wallet and QR only. Other payment methods will be considered depending on the situation.1.2. The artist will accept payments before drawing a client's order.1.3. If a client is uncomfortable to pay in full, the artist will accept a 50% deposit. The second half will need to be paid before the artist releases the completed order to the client's email.2. The artist has the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason. If a client has already paid for the commission, their money will be fully refunded.3. The artist may use any piece as advertisement for their work.4. The artist may post a client's commission on their social media or portfolio.5. The artist will not make additional changes to a client's piece after the sale is finished. (max. 1 amendment)6.1. Pieces can take anywhere between a few days to a month to complete.6.2. The client must not fully rely on the artist to reach out first for updates on their commissions.6.3. The artist will provide updates through the first sketch and the estimated time it will take to complete.7. If the client decides they want a refund after the artist has already started the commission, the artist will only refund a portion of the money on the piece that they have not worked on.8. The artist reserves the right to change their prices at any time.9. The artist reserve the right to change their terms at any time.
UNDERSTANDING COMMERCIAL USEThe use of something for business or profit-making purposes, as opposed to personal use. It's a legal term that defines the use of certain tools, merchandise, or intellectual property for financial gain.Examples for Commercial Use can be :
1. Marketing purposes.
2. Company branding.
3. Advertising.
4. Merchandise resell.
5. Referencing/copying my art to be used commercially.If you do not abide by paying for commercial use. Legal measures will be taken.Artist accreditation under commercial use is only due when you are asked for the artist behind the designs.However,

Some rules to abide by!1. I encourage you to provide images for references! As it will help in making the drawing process way easier and faster!2.1. Please understand that orders may take between a few days to a month to complete. Any sort of delays will be updated to you.2.2. Please reach out to me if you require updates on your commission!3. I prioritize good communication and respect between both parties!4. Any orders that require urgency will be considered but will be charged at a higher rate!5. Commissions done for PERSONAL USE and COMMERCIAL USE are priced differently! Please be honest regarding this.6. You may use my art as icons / wallpapers / ETC as long as I'm credited! (Personal Use) (Refer to Terms of Service for Commercial Use for further understanding)7. Do not use my art for AI training, AI producing artwork, or anything of the sort.8. Do not use my art as NFTs or anything crypto related.9. Do not trace/steal/sell my art.10. Do not repost my art without credits.
